
Mark Burnett
Mark started cutting straight out of Film School as an in house editor at Independent Films, Sydney working with the likes of Peter Cherry, Vincent Ward and Paul Middleditch.
He then moved to The Post Office Films as an assistant editor and within six months he was promoted to editor.
After 5 years at The Post Office Films he moved on to work at The Editors, where he cut with directors including The Glue Society, Michael Spiccia, Paul Middleditch, Fiona McGee and Jim Hosking.
Mark joined Speade in October 2009 and his recent collaborations have been with Mike Maguire, Jim Hosking, Phil Lind, Finn Mcgough, Matt Aselton, Ben Gregor, Becky Martin, Matt Dilmore and Chris Cunningham.
Mark has just finished cutting the feature length documentary "SHUT UP AND PLAY THE HITS" featuring James Murphy and the band LCD Soundsystem directed by Thirtytwo from Pulse. It's debut was screened at Sundance film festival.
